Donna Larsen

Donna is a Nurse Practitioner in Wound Management at Royal Perth Hospital. Donna has over 30 publications in Wound Management and Vascular Surgery, including journal articles, international consensus documents and book chapters. She has also undertaken research in the field of wound management and vascular surgery which has been published. She is a Board Member for the Australian Journal, Wound Practice and Research. She is the past secretary for Wounds Australia previously known as the Australian Wound Management Association, and the current treasurer for the International Wound Infection Institute. She was awarded with the Coloplast Biatain® Literary Award. She was also awarded as a Life Member of Wounds Australia for her contribution to the organization. Donna done humanitarian work in Ethiopia. She regularly travels to remote areas in Western Australia to provide wound management education. She has a strong interest in improving the health of indigenous Australians.
