Abstract Instructions & Requirements

Reviewing Process

  • Scientific Committee will review all abstracts
  • Notification will be sent via email
  • Ensure email addresses are correct (submitter & presenter)
  • Reasons for rejection may not be detailed
  • Abstracts must follow legal and ethical research standards

Presenting Author & Registration

  • The presenting author must be registered for the congress
  • Abstracts without a registered presenter may be excluded
  • Note: Exhibitor registrations are not valid for presenting authors

Abstract Content Guidelines

  • Language: English
  • Word Limit: Max 250 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations). Extra content may be edited.
  • Structure:
    • Aim: State the purpose
    • Methods: Describe your observations/subjects
    • Results: Present data using text, tables, or figures
    • Conclusions: Highlight key findings and implications
  • Co-authors: Up to 10 per abstract
  • Anonymous Submission: Do not include names, hospitals, cities, etc., in title or text
  • Brand Names: Use generic names in the text. Mention brand names only in a note at the bottom if necessary
  • Previously Presented Work: Must show significant new data to be accepted
