Abstract

1. All submitters should upload their completed abstracts (not the actual poster or a PowerPoint file) via the abstract submission system by 15th April 2026.
2. Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.
3. The file must be in Text format (PowerPoint, PDF, and Word will not be accepted).
4. Abstracts must be submitted in English.

1. The presenting author must register as a participant for the full conference at the latest 1 June 2026.
2. The scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific programme that is not followed by participant registration.
3. Please note that exhibitor registrations are not valid for presenting authors.

1. The maximum word count for an abstract is 250, and it should EXCLUDE the title, authors' names and affiliations. Table, figures and images are not to be included. The scientific committee reserves the right to edit abstracts that exceed the word limit.
2. Abstracts that exceed the word limit, authors' names, or affiliations may be edited by the scientific committee at their discretion.
3. Write the title of the abstract in CAPITAL LETTERS and keep it as brief as possible.
4. Do not write any identifying features such as hospitals, medical schools, clinics, or cities in the title or abstract text. A “blind” review process will be used.
5. Please indicate on your submission if the paper is to be evaluated as oral presentation, electronic poster presentation, or display.
6. The abstract must include the following:

Language: English

Word Limit: Max 250 words (excluding title, authors' names, and affiliations). Extra content may be edited.

Structure:

Title: Formulate a title that concisely and accurately portrays the content of the abstract

Background: Briefly state the clinical or scientific context and the knowledge gap that prompted the study

Aim: Clearly state the primary aim or research question of the study

Methods: Describe the study or project design (e.g.,randomized controlled trial, cohort study, systematic review), setting, participants, or data sources and primary outcome measures. Include abrief analytical approach

Results: Report the main findings or significant outcomes that are directly related to the aim/objectives and purpose of the study

Conclusions: Provide a summary of what the results mean, highlight the outcomes, and any clinical or scientific implications or applications

Co-authors: Up to 10 per abstract

Anonymous Submission: Do not include authors' names, affiliations, hospitals, cities, etc., in title or text.

Previously Presented Work: The abstract must not be presented at any international congress unless it includes updated new data. Only abstracts with significant new data will be considered for acceptance.

7. Use of brand names: Generic names must be used for any product or company references. At the bottom of the abstract page, the brand name can be added as a reference.
8. Papers containing brand names/company names in the abstract text (i.e. not in a reference at the bottom of the page) may be rejected for this reason only. The scientific committee reserves the right to replace any brand name with a generic name without further notice.
9. Previously Presented Work: The abstract must not be presented at any international congress unless it includes updated new data. Only abstracts with significant new data will be considered for acceptance.

1. The Scientific Committee will review the abstract and email the results.
2. Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you.
3. The Scientific Committee reserves the right not to give detailed information as to why an abstract is rejected.
4. Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to the submitter in 1 May 2026.
5. It is the responsibility of all submitters to ensure that all research is conducted in accordance with local, state, federal, and international laws as well as ethical standards pertaining to both people and animals. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any submitted abstract that is believed to violate these principles.

An email will be sent in May 2026 to those abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee, along with guidelines on preparing your presentation.

All presenters must register for the conference no later than the 1 June 2026.

Any presenter not registered by this date is subject to removal from the program.
