  • All payments made via Debit/Credit Card (powered by Stripe) or Bank Transfer will be processed and received by the International Wound Healing Foundation Account.
  • All bank charges for transfers are to be borne by the remitter.
Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellation requests for delegates registered for WUWHS 2026 must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat at [email protected].
  • All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis.
  • Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds apply as per the following timeline:
    • On or before 31 March 2026: Refund of fee minus an administrative charge of 150 USD. Participants are responsible for any bank service charges, convenience fees, or taxes associated with the refund process.
    • After 31 March 2026: No refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed after the congress.
  • Confirmed refunds will be issued after the congress via bank transfer or credit card, according to the initial payment method.
  • Non-attendance / No-show: If a registered delegate is unable to attend the congress for any reason, no refund or waiver of fees will be provided.
  • Double Payment / Overpayment: In the event of a double payment or overpayment, an administrative fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the refund.
Name Change / Substitution
  • All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Congress Secretariat in writing before 31st March 2026 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

  • The organiser reserves the right to alter the programme without notice, including substitution, alteration, and cancellation of speakers and/or topics, as well as the alteration of event dates.
  • The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event.
  • In the event of insufficient participation, the organiser reserves the right to cancel any of the conferences or seminars advertised. Participants who have paid will be refunded in full after the event.
Photo Release Policy
  • By registering for the congress, you agree to the congress photo/video release policy. This policy allows the congress photographer, videographer, and invited media contacts to take photos or videos of the participants during the meeting. The footage may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
