Master’s degree, Associate Chief Nurse, Master’s Supervisor, International Certified Enterostomal Therapist (ET). Current positions: Head Nurse of the Department of Plastic and Burn Surgery, and Lead of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Group at Peking University First Hospital. Active professional engagements include: member of the Education Committee of the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET), expert database member of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, committee member of the Beijing Nursing Association and the International Society for Limb Preservation, and review expert for Chinese Nursing Management. Research interests center on the comprehensive management of diabetic foot ulcers and chronic wounds, with a focus on the "hospital-community-home" transitional care model. Specific areas include wound bed readiness assessment, development of home-care technology packages, establishment of multidisciplinary diagnostic and treatment protocols, and patient self-management education. Evidence-based approaches are employed to construct scientific referral criteria and intervention systems, aiming to optimize resource allocation and enhance continuity of care. Honored with the First Prize of the 10th Chinese Nursing Association Science and Technology Award. Published 10 papers in Chinese core journals and 2 in SCI-indexed journals. Participated in 3 provincial/ministerial-level research projects, led 3 institutional projects, contributed to 5 books as co-author/translator and edited 2 books as lead author, and holds 1 utility model patent. Visited the Bispebjerg University Wound Center in Copenhagen, Denmark, for academic exchange.
