Laura Swoboda

Dr. Laura Swoboda is a translational scientist and family nurse practitioner from Milwaukee, WI, USA. They represent North America on the International Skin Tear Advisory Panel, and are President of the Milwaukee Metro Nurse Practitioner Association. Dr. Swoboda co-chairs the American Heart Association's Patient and Community Education Committee for the PAD Collaborative. They also chair the Health Equity Task Force for the Association for the Advancement of Wound Healing, and the terminology group for the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel's Prophylactic Dressing Standards Initiative Task Force.
