Tang Pui LingDr

Dr. Tang Pui Ling is a Senior Medical Officer for the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and is currently posted to cover the Wound Care Unit at Sarawak General Hospital in Kuching, Sarawak. She has more than 11 years of clinical experience in wound care and has developed a dedicated expertise in the management of complex and challenging wounds across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions. Dr. Tang obtained her Medical Doctor Degree from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and subsequent developed her expertise in wound management through Certificate in Clinical Wound Care and a Postgraduate Diploma in Wound Management. She is actively involved in wound care activities, professional development and wound care education across Sarawak and Malaysia, and has been invited to deliver presentations at national and regional wound care conferences and educational programmes. She is a member of the Malaysian Society of Wound Care Professional and has contributed to wound care literature, including a case series published in Wounds Asia Pacific. Her professional interests centre on advancing practical, evidence-based wound care and improving outcomes for patients with complex wounds.
