Ji Hyeon HwangMs

Ji-Hyeon Hwang, MSN, RN, APN-Clinical Nursing, WOC-CN, WOCN, is a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, Korea. She holds advanced practice nursing credentials from the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare and wound/ostomy certification through the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board in the United States. Since 2008, she has provided specialized WOC nursing care at Asan Medical Center, following five years of clinical experience in the general surgery unit. She completed WOC nursing education and instrument debridement training at Emory University School of Medicine. Her current roles include clinical practice instruction for Asan’s WOCN course, chairing the WOC Examination Committee of the Korean Society of Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Education, and serving as Director of the Planning Committee of the Korean Wound Management Society.
