Dr. Veronica Talla is a board-certified dermatologist from the Philippines with subspecialty interests in advanced wound care,and nail disorders and surgery. She completed her dermatology residency training at the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center and subsequently pursued training in advanced wound care through a fellowship at the Butuan Orthopedic Institute and Butuan Dermatology Institute – Butuan Doctors’ Hospital under orthopedic surgeon Dr. Jerome Anthony Asuncion and dermatologist Dr. Val Constantine Cua. She further supplemented this training with a dermatologic surgery rotation in Severance Hospital - Yonsei University in Seoul and is also currently undertaking the International Interprofessional Wound Care Course for 2026-2027. Currently, she does private practice seeing wound care patients in hospitals and wound care facilities in southern Luzon. She is also the public relations officer of the Philippine Dermatological Society - Advanced Wound Care Special Interest Group, and helps guide dermatology residents as part of the advanced wound care team of the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS) - Department of Dermatology.
