Muhammad Zaki Bin SaatMr

My name is Mr Muhammad Zaki Bin Saat, and I am a University Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. I hold a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a Post Basic qualification in Wound Care Management under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Before joining academia, I served for 11 years with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, including 9 years at the Wound Care Unit, Hospital Melaka. During this period, I gained extensive experience in wound assessment, advanced wound management, advanced wound dressing, debridement techniques, patient education, and multidisciplinary wound care. I have also been actively involved in clinical teaching, professional training, and wound care-related educational activities. My current academic and research interests include wound care, healthcare professional practices, occupational safety and health, behavioural research, and clinical education, with a strong interest in translating research evidence into practical improvements in clinical practice and patient outcomes.
