Poonsuta Nava-apisak

Poonsuta Nava-apisak, MD is a consultant in breast imaging at the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated with first-class honors from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology followed by fellowship training in breast imaging. Dr. Nava-apisak has received several academic distinctions, including the Outstanding Intern Award and a Certificate of Academic Excellence in Radiobiology from the Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand. She has a strong interest in wound care and imaging, and has been invited as a speaker at international conferences, including the Asian Wound Care Association (AWCA) and Global Wound Conference, where she presented on interventional radiology and wound imaging. She is also currently developing a textbook on the application of ultrasound in wound care. Her research focuses on diagnostic imaging in vascular and neurological conditions, with publications including studies on imaging correlation in CLTI using IVUS, DSA, and CTA, as well as the application of artificial intelligence in radiological diagnosis.
