Primary research focuses on dose-effect correlation and molecular mechanisms of Hongsheng Dan Compound in necrotic tissue clearance and cutaneous tissue regeneration. Systematic experimental exploration of the formula’s material basis, regulatory signaling pathways and tissue repair effects targeting chronic refractory wounds including diabetic foot lesions. 6. Research framework combines classical TCM surgical theories with modern transcriptomic, pharmacological and pathological detection technologies, aiming to provide high-quality experimental evidence for standardized clinical application of traditional surgical medicaments and promote evidence-based development of traditional wound healing therapies for international wound care practice.
