Le Tuong Van VoMs

Van Vo is a PhD candidate in the Tissue Injury and Repair Group at the Future Industries Institute, University of Adelaide. Her research focuses on developing multifunctional dermal matrices for the management of infection and biofilm in deep burns and complex wounds. Her interdisciplinary research spans biomaterials, cell biology, antimicrobial resistance, murine wound models, histology, and immunohistochemistry. She has received the 2024 UniSA Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship, the 2024 Travel Grant from the Australasian Wound & Tissue Repair Society, and the 2026 Travel Grant from the World Union of Wound Healing Societies in recognition of her research on improving the management of infected wounds.
