Yunnan Lin

Dr. Yun-Nan Lin, M.D., is a board-certified plastic surgeon and clinical researcher based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He currently serves as an attending plastic surgeon at Wesing Breast Hospital and is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Taiwan Society for Wound Care. He previously served on the faculty of Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital. Dr. Lin's clinical and research interests focus on advanced wound care, biofilm-associated infections, diabetic foot ulcers, reconstructive surgery, medical-grade honey, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and dermal substitutes. His work emphasizes the translation of emerging technologies and evidence-based therapies into real-world clinical practice. An active contributor to the international wound care community, Dr. Lin was invited to speak at The Wound Meeting 2026 in Seoul, and his research has been presented at international conferences, including EWMA (2023, 2024) and ISBI (2024). He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications in international journals, contributing to the advancement of chronic wound management and reconstructive surgery.
