Muhammad Azwan Ibrahim Dr

Dr. Azwan Ibrahim has dedicated over a decade to the practice of animal medicine and surgery. He trained extensively under the late Assoc. Prof. Datuk Dr. Vellayan, gaining expertise in clinical practice. His passion for advancing wound care treatment methods led him to collaborate with MASA Healthcare on clinical trials exploring the use of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy in diabetic foot ulcers (DFU). Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the field of Applied Biology at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), Dr. Azwan is actively writing papers on PEMF applications in DFU and chronic, hard-to-heal wounds. Through participation in numerous wound workshops and wound care conferences, he continues to advocate for innovative approaches that demonstrate diabetic foot ulcers are treatable with the right tools and methods.
