Aaron Hiew Wi Han

Dr. Aaron Hiew Wi Han is a Consultant Palliative Medicine Physician and Internal Medicine Specialist based at Hospital Kuala Lumpur. A graduate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (MD) and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), Dr. Aaron completed his Fellowship in Palliative Medicine under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, with further specialized training in Sydney, Australia.   With a clinical focus on the Total Pain concept, Dr. Aaron is widely recognized for his expertise in cancer pain management and symptom control in advanced illnesses. He has played a pivotal role in shaping national clinical standards, serving as the Developmental Group Chair for the MOH Clinical Practice Guidelines for Cancer Pain Management (2nd Edition). Beyond clinical practice, he is deeply committed to medical education, contributing to the Advanced Diploma in Palliative Care and various Ministry of Health committees dedicated to advancing palliative care services in Malaysia.
