Le Huu Phuoc

Dr. Le Huu Phuoc, MD Burn & Reconstructive Surgeon Children’s Hospital 1 Burn and reconstructive surgeon specializing in pediatric burns, chronic wounds, vascular anomalies, and scar management. Currently working at Children’s Hospital 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a clinical focus on complex wound care and post-burn reconstruction. Dr. Phuoc has been actively involved in medical education and scientific activities in Vietnam, serving as speaker and session chair at national conferences and workshops related to burn care, wound management, and laser-assisted scar treatment (2019–2025). His academic interests include pediatric wound healing, burn rehabilitation, scar management, and community-based burn first aid education. He contributed to the Vietnam Pediatric Treatment Guidelines 2020 and was selected for Round 2 of the Wound Care Champions 2025 program. He has participated in international collaboration activities with Shriners Hospital for Children and attended the AWCA & Global Wound Conference 2025 in Malaysia to expand professional exchange in advanced wound care.
