Dr. Norlizah Binti Paidi is a distinguished Consultant Family Medicine Specialist currently serving at Klinik Kesihatan Bandar Mas in Kota Tinggi, Johor. Having commenced her medical service in August 2001, she officially gazetted as a Family Medicine Specialist in 2013 and achieved her Consultant status in September 2024. Academically, she earned her Doctor of Medicine from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2001 and completed her Doctor of Family Medicine at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2013. Her primary clinical expertise and specialized area of interest lies heavily in **Wound Care within Primary Care** settings. To support this specialization, Dr. Norlizah obtained a Certificate in Clinical Wound Care in 2017 and was officially certified as a Diabetic Foot Care Clinician in 2023. Beyond her daily clinical practice, she is highly active in medical research and national guideline development. She has co-developed important Clinical Practice Guidelines for both Tuberculosis and Primary Wound Care, and has published diverse research covering Diabetic Foot Ulcers, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and the psychosocial experiences of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, Dr. Norlizah is a dedicated medical educator and community leader. She served as the Chairperson of the Johor Family Medicine Specialist Association in 2023, frequently serves on the Hajj Medical Team, and holds pivotal roles as an examiner and Assistant Scheme Director for MInTFM.
