Clinical and research expertise in wound management and nursing education developed through experience as a wound care nurse at Korea University Guro Hospital and ongoing academic activities in nursing education and wound care research.
Research interests include pressure injury care, diabetic foot management, palliative wound care, clinical judgment, simulation-based nursing education, and digital healthcare technologies such as motion tracking and AI-based educational systems for wound care. Research activities have focused on wound nursing competency, clinical decision-making, and web-based educational programs for nurses.
Current academic roles include Director of Academic Programs Committee of the Korean Wound Management Society and Director of Continuing Education of the Korean Diabetic Foot Society, with ongoing involvement in interdisciplinary research and academic activities related to wound care practice, education, and patient outcomes.
